The Adapto Technology app provides an advanced 3D scanning technology that captures a 3D digital impression of the ear canal, by using true depth smartphone technology and cloud AI.
We scan the ear through 31 precisely defined scan points, to ensure the best and most precise ear scans.
The app is a part of the Adapto Global digital platform, where our partners can manage 3D ear scans for custom-fit products.
We have a strong focus on data security. All data is transported via encrypted protocols, and the collected data does not leave Europe.
The scan workflow
Step 1: Sign-up
Sign-up as an Adapto Global Partner and get a unique login from us. Log-in and setup your scanners through the Adapto Global platform.

Step 2: Training
Start to practise digital ear scanning using our app.
We recommend that the scanning process can be completed in under 5 minutes.
Step 3: Scan customers
Scan your customers ears via the Adapto Technology App and get a digital scan file without needing impression material or an expensive industrial 3D scanner.
Step 4: Finalize scan
When you have done all your scans finalize each order and submit them to the platform. The upload time depends on the amount of scans and the data transfer speed.
The raw data from the app is automatically processed using cloud AI to create a true 3D copy of the customers' ears. All data is transported via encrypted protocols.
Monthly Activity Reports
Each month, you will automatically receive an activity report detailing the scans performed. The report will include order IDs, scanner names, and scan statuses, indicating whether a scan has been sent to manufacturing.
This report will serve as the basis for monthly billing, and you will only be charged for scans that have send to manufacturing.
